Printing Services Available at COPY COPY Conifer

At COPY COPY we are able to provide and combine a wide range of services to help you and your business meet your copy and communication needs. From design to finishing we can complete most projects in house often overnight.

High Volume Copies: Common applications are employee manuals, architectural spec. books, flyers, mailers, brochures, letterhead, newsletters, agendas, booklets, menus, rack cards, post cards, two and three part forms, self publication of things such as cookbooks and genealogies, and copying services for conventions, conferences and other meetings. We can copy onto a variety of paper stocks including card and cover stock (heavier paper than will go through most copiers or printers), as well as labels and transparencies (overheads).

Color Copies: Common applications are photographs, flyers, brochures, newsletters, greeting cards (esp. personalized Christmas cards), personalized calendars, menus, rack cards, mailers, letterhead, newsletters, post cards, and copying services for conventions and conferences.

Self Service Color Copies: Self service Color Laser Copies from photographs, self published books, etc.

Letterhead: Also known as stationery. It is available using a laser safe process that will enable the customer to print onto it with a laser printer without smearing.

Envelopes: We can print onto most sizes of stationery envelopes in black or colored ink. Common sizes are #10 business sized envelopes, #9 return mail envelopes, A-2 and A-6 invitation envelopes and 9 x 12 envelopes.

Business Cards: Can be produced on a variety of card stocks in black or colored ink. Letterhead, envelopes and business cards are often collectively referred to as corporate identity packages.

Architectural & Engineering Copies: These are often referred to as blueprints, but they are not blue anymore, because they are now done with a xerographic process rather than a diazo process. We can scan to file or disc, archive, scan in full color or black & white, and print blueprints from e-mail.

Wide Format Digital Printing: Common applications are photographs and signs. These products are often mounted on foam core and/or laminated for stiffness and durability. They are available on both matte and glossy paper.

Foam Core Mounting and Laminating: This is most commonly done with wide format prints to give them stiffness and to protect them.

Laminating: Common applications are menus, blueprints that get a lot of wear and tear, ID cards, luggage tags, school projects.

Fax: Send and/or receive hard copy (paper) faxes anywhere in the world.

Self Service Computers: Customers can surf the internet, access their e-mail or do their own layout & design. They can also print in color or black & white.

Full Service Typesetting: Also called desktop publishing, we can design & layout flyers, brochures, mailers, letterhead, newsletters, agendas, booklets, menus, rack cards, post cards, greeting cards (esp. personalized Christmas cards), personalized calendars, banners, signs, etc.

Vinyl Banners: These are up to 42 inches tall by virtually any length. They are ideal for outdoor signs at store fronts, outdoor events, or various promotional applications. Vinyl banners are very durable and can be used over and over.

Mailing Services: We take a customer’s digital mailing list (data base). Our software sorts it by Zip Code and verifies the addresses against the Post Offices’ data base of valid addresses. Our printer then prints the addresses on the piece, along with a bar code. We will then take the mailing to the Post Office, if the customer so desires. The advantages of this system for the customer are: 1) it saves them the time and trouble of putting labels on the mailing piece, and 2) because of the sorting, verification, and bar coding of the addresses, it gets them the very lowest possible postage rate. It is what the Post Office calls the “automated pre-sort" rate. In many cases the customer can save more in postage than what we charge for the service. Mailings can be sent using Standard or First Class Postage. This service is currently offered through our Frisco store. The other stores will be happy to assist you in sending this work to them.

Finishing: These are value added services that are done after we produce black & white or color copies. They include Binding, Folding, Cutting, Scoring, Stapling, Drilling, Padding, Perforating, and Numbering.

High Speed Scanning Services:

Digital Document Scanning/Storage:  Many companies are using this technology to free up file cabinet space and save on rental of storage space.  This service takes your files and scans them to disk.  If desired, these files can also be scanned using OCR (see above) to allow them to be searched at high speed from the data disk, by specifics.  (a name, address, company, etc.)  Only the documents containing the criteria that you request will be presented for view.

Litigation Scanning: This service is designed specifically for the legal industry. The Software is compatible with current programs used by legal firms such as Trial Director, Summation, Concordance, and more.  We use a superior litigation support software that helps successfully manage and administer large and small litigation cases including document scanning, indexing and coding, and optical character recognition (OCR) technology.  Bates numbering can be burned to the image either matching numbers already on the exhibit or creating a new set with a specific series of numbers, prefixes or suffixes. Since these are PDF images, they are captured like a photograph with no loss of formatting or text.  All designed to give you the best possible advantages when presenting your case or responding to opposing consul.  This service is currently offered through our Grand Junction store. The other stores will be happy to assist you in sending this work to them.
